Dry Ingredients | |
Flour – 125gr | 30gr (1.5 tbsp) |
Baking Powder – 12gr | 4gr (1/2 tsp) |
Chocolate drops – on top | |
Cocao Powder – 30gr | 7.5gr (1 tsp) |
Sugar – 120gr | 30gr (1.5 tbsp) |
Salt – small pinch | ½ pinch |
Wet Ingredients |

Eggs – 50ml | 12.5ml (1 tbsp) |
Milk – 87ml | 20ml (1.5 tbsp) |
Sunflower Oil – 35ml | 8ml (1 tsp) |
- Preheat oven to 180º
- Line muffin tin with paper cases
- Sift flour
- Add all other dry ingredients and mix
- In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients. Whisk gently until all ingredients are evenly mixed
- Pour wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix gently with a spoon.
- Fill muffin cases until they are 2/3 full.
- Place chocolate chips/drops on top
- Bake for 20-25 minutes (preferably on a lower rack)
- Remove from tin and allow to cool
