Ingredients 4 servings 1-2 servings
Farfalle Pasta 4 handfuls 1-2 Handful
Olive oil To taste
Basil 12 leaves 6 leaves
Apple 2 1
Cheese (Edam) 4 slices 1 slice
Walnuts 2 handfuls 1 handful
Sultanas 1 handful ½ handful
Salt & Pepper To taste

  1. Boil farfalle. Once soft, cool in cold water and then add olive to avoid sticking. Reserve
  2. Cut all other ingredients as required
  3. Mix all together and season to your liking (add more olive oil if you wish)
  4. Serve immediately
