Chinese Fried Rice

Difficulty Level:

  1. Boil rice and reserve (the night before preferably)
  2. Cut and dice onions, ginger and ham
  3. Stir fry onion and ginger on low-medium heat until soft
  4. Add ham and peas and gently stir
  5. Add rice and mix

Add soy sauce and taste. Add more sauce to meet your liking
