Flavoured Yogurt Cupcakes

Full Ingredients
 2 – 3 cupcakes
 Sugar – 125gr  50grs – 2,5 tbsp
 Butter – 100gr  40grs – 2tbsp
 Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp  6grs – ½ tsp
 Eggs – 2 (100gr)  40grs – 2 tbsp
 Flavoured Yogurt – 1 small tub*  50grs – 2,5 tbsp
 Flour – 150gr  60grs – 3 tbsp
 Baking Powder – 6gr (1tsp)  3 – 4grs – ¼ tsp
Frosting (optional)
 Butter – 225 gr  80 grs – 3 tbsp
 Icing sugar – 325 gr  110grs – 5 tbsp
 Milk – 3 tsp  12ml – 1 tsp
 Vanilla essence – 1,5 tsp  18 grs – 1/2 tsp

  1. Preheat oven to 180º
  2. Line muffin tin with paper cases
  3. Sift flour and baking powder
  4. Mix the sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth and uniform
  5. Add eggs and yogurt and mix wel
  6. Add flour/baking powder bit by bit. Mix until uniform
  7. Fill muffin cases until they are 2/3 full
  8. Bake for 20minutes (preferably on a lower rack) – Remove from tin and allow to cool
  9. Make frosting (optional) – Sift icing sugar and then mix all ingredients until uniform using an electric whisk (3 mins approx.)
  10. Place frosting in fridge for 10 minutes
  11. Place frosting on top of cooled cupcakes using piping bag
