Flavoured Yogurt Cupcakes

Difficulty Level:

  1. Preheat oven to 180º
  2. Line muffin tin with paper cases
  3. Sift flour and baking powder
  4. Mix the sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth and uniform
  5. Add eggs and yogurt and mix wel
  6. Add flour/baking powder bit by bit. Mix until uniform
  7. Fill muffin cases until they are 2/3 full
  8. Bake for 20minutes (preferably on a lower rack) – Remove from tin and allow to cool
  9. Make frosting (optional) – Sift icing sugar and then mix all ingredients until uniform using an electric whisk (3 mins approx.)
  10. Place frosting in fridge for 10 minutes
  11. Place frosting on top of cooled cupcakes using piping bag
