Chinese Fried Rice

Special Notes: It´s best to boil the rice the day before to minimise the moisture

Ingredients 4 servings 1-2 servings
Boiled rice 10 tbsp 4 tbsp
Leg ham 6 slices 2 slices
Onion 2 ½
Ginger 60gr 15gr
Egg 4 tbsp 2 tbsp
Peas 2 handfuls ½ handful
Soy Sauce To taste To taste

  1. Boil rice and reserve (the night before preferably)
  2. Cut and dice onions, ginger and ham
  3. Stir fry onion and ginger on low-medium heat until soft
  4. Add ham and peas and gently stir
  5. Add rice and mix

Add soy sauce and taste. Add more sauce to meet your liking
