*If you don´t have condensed milk you can use icing sugar instead (1 serving – ½ tbsp. or 4 servings – 2 tbsp).
- Break the biscuits into quarters and place them inside the plastic bag and close. Remove all the air inside the bag.
- Using the rolling pin gently crush the biscuits until they are powder like.
- Place the powdered biscuits into the small bowl and add the butter. Using the spatula mix well until the biscuits appear wet and shiny. Place this mix into the plastic glass/cup and press down firmly making it tight and compact. Reserve.
- Add the mascarpone, liquid cream and condensed milk (or icing sugar) into the big bowl and gently whisk until soft peaks are formed. Do NOT over whisk.
- Using the fork and the small bowl again, squash the banana until smooth (Puré like texture). Using a spatula press the squashed banana through a fine sieve (strainer) and add this to the whipped cream and cheese. Mix gently until fully incorporated.
- Using the spatula, place this banana mousse into the glass/cup. Be sure to clean the sides of the cup if necessary.
- Decorate top with a slice of banana and a biscuit.
